Unable to add Bulk Shipping

I am using Shiprush for Stamps.com 9. on Windows xp I experience an error every time I attempt to add orders to Bulk Shipping.

Error is as follows:
Unexpected error processing messages: msg=2234, hwnd=197036, wParam=119706048. TBold<e,berList.AddElement not a TBoldMember
