If I use ShipRush to produce a Fedex return label that is delivered to the customer by email, the email that the customer receives says
"Hello (Customers name),
(Me) has provided you with a return label for the shipment below.
Shipment details
Ship to: (Me)
Access label by: 12-24-2014
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #: N/A
For questions about your shipment call (Me) at (My phone #)."
And it goes on with the label pickup location. I would like to be able to put the RMA # into the Ship Rush page so that it will appear in the email that the customer receives (where it says N/A above). All I see now on the ShipRush page is "Reference", "PO NUmber", and "Invoice". None of those fields map to the RMA # in the email. Is there a field on the ShipRush page that will map to the "RMA #" in the Fedex email?
