We are going to start using FedEx Alternate Return Address. The problem we have is there is no naming feature for each alternative return (AR) address we use.
We are one company, drop shipping for several other companies. When you create a new profile and save it. Then generate a shipment, the pull-down option in the FROM field always references the Company name as entered as the Physical Ship (PS) from the profile.
For example, Profile address #1: PS: Z-Firm AR: Wal-Mart; Profile address #2: PS: Z-Firm AR: Target
From the create a label page, there are two return shipping address but both have "Z-Firm"
We would like to see another field added to the Profile page where we can "Save address as:" Where we can then add "Wal-Mart", "Target" etc.
