FedEx Freight - Pickup

Good Afternoon,

Is there anything we need to do in Shiprush to insure Fedex Freight receives an request for pickup after a shipment has been processed? I processed a shipment four hours ago and then called FedEx freight to make sure they were going to pick up however; they did not receive any type of electronic notification. Am I incorrect in assuming shiprush notifies FedEx Freight regarding the pick up? We do not have a daily Freight pick up.

Please advise.
