I recently deleted and re-added my endicia account info and ever since then, I am unable to successfully void a shipment out. I used to easily do this. it seems to try for a very long time and eventually get an error message. I can post the error message but I'm waiting on it to show up. it's been trying to void for about 15 minutes. tried with 2 different shipments.
