We are starting to migrate over from our Endicia account in SR to the ShipRush USPS account. We are finding that we are losing options...
1. SR version does not "Small Intl Items" - Endicia account allows for this option for FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. This makes for a huge time saver and gives a professional look. Otherwise we have to print onto a full page of copy paper and cut out. (Not a good look or time saver.)

2. We process many return labels and we create them direct in ShipRush dashboard. We have Endicia as our default account and can go in, enter street address and zip code, hit ADDRESS CHECK and it would fill in the city and state. (Big time saver) We flipped over to SR as our default and starting doing this but ran into the limitation that it wouldn't fill in the city and state.

3. Lack of a SAVE BUTTON....why is this button such a negative on this program? Some areas we can't even figure out how to add something like a new address in address box.

4. Missing PRINT ON USE labels....this feature certainly is handy and has a huge cost savings for us. We find that only about 60% of our customers use the return label when requested.
5. Delivery Dates.... For some reason the SR estimates on delivery date is a few days longer than the Endicia estimate for delivery. Not sure why but it does cause our shipping dept. to select Endicia over SR.

Hoping some of these fixes are in the pipeline or something we are doing wrong and can fix.
Thanks!
