We've been using ShipRush Web for a few weeks now and for the most part it has been excellent. One thing we have found however is that the 'SHIP FROM' address selection dropdown list can be quite unwieldy if you have many shipping accounts or ship from addresses.
We make extensive use of drop shipping so we have over twenty individual FedEx accounts, each with multiple ship from addresses. The problem we are running into is that when we are creating a shipment and have to select a ship from address from the drop down list, we are presented with a very long, random list of addresses that is difficult to search. We have their titles coded, but there is no way to present them in any particular order. It looks like they are listed in the order in which they were created.
If there were a way to change the ordering of this list or otherwise streamline it, then it would be much easier to find the correct ship from address quickly.
I could say the same for the shipping accounts list in the settings, but this is less of an issue since they aren't being accessed as frequently.
