Trying to Create a Ship Ruish FedEx account to allow one of our customers to Ship for GroupOn Goods. GroupOn established the account for use by our customer.
joseph.fili@fedex.com sent us the Bill to address for the account so I assume it is a correct billing address.
I can supply the account and address in a private e-mail if that is required do not want to post on the forum.
However when I specify this Billing address for the account I get the error
FedEx Server returned" "Invalid Billing Address: [fcas: 3002]
The account is required because Groupon wants to use Smart Post in addition to other fedEx Services and FedEx does not support 3rd party billing for Smart Post.
