For the past few weeks, this problem has been getting worse and worse.
Shipments in both ShipRush Order Manager v11.0.8.7313 for Endicia and FedEx are randomly failing to post tracking to our Volusion stores or update shipping status, or taking 10+ minutes to do so. We don't pay for ShipRush in order to have to manually update tracking and ship status for multiple orders daily.
It's also extremely slow in downloading new orders. Regardless of how many times we hit "refresh", it can take 20-30 minutes for a new order to be picked up by ShipRush. We are using the exact same API key with other applications which are able to pull in the order immediately, so this is clearly not a Volusion problem.
