We've had this problem in the past and it is happening again. If we have credit card orders that are from more than a few days old, they will not transfer into Shiprush order manager once the orders are captured.
I've tried all the usual things to trouble shoot, but nothing works. So we end up having to type blank labels.
Can you offer some suggestions?
