Call tag question

Had to issue a call tag for a shipment earlier in the week. So I cloned the shipment and reversed the ship to and ship from. Realized that it was originally shipped from the main office and needed returned to the warehouse. So I changed the return to address to the warehouse before issuing the call tag. However the package arrived at the main office.

Wondering if this is an issue? Or should I not clone the shipment to do a call tag but re-type in all the information with the correct return to address if it is different than the original shipment?
