How to use more than one version of Shiprush on same PC. ei: FedEx and USPS

We ship via 2 carriers. USPS for smaller packages and FedEx for larger. Let's say I already have FedEx shiprush installed but when I try to install USPS edition, the FedEx verision doesn't work anymore. How can I make so that I have both versions running?
