Hi,
We sometimes have an address that prints with the +4 zip code as all zeroes "0000" These are addresses coming from Amazon that do not have the +4 imported, I think Shiprush/ Endicia adds the +4 ? Most all of our labels seem fine, but every once and a while the +4 is four zeroes. These parcels and envelopes always get "return to sender" even though the rest of address is OK.
We've tried to find some sort of common thread between them, but have not been able to figure it out. Is this an issue anyone else has run across? It mostly happens with letters rather than parcels, but that might just be coincidence... or maybe the USPS letter system is mrs prone to sending back the +4 zeroes or something?
Any ideas on how to fix?
we are using PC Order Manager 11.0.7.9377
Thank you for your help
