So when shiprush was on stamps.com I could use their software to generate pre-paid return labels for customers. I consider this a pretty standard feature since customers don't want to pay for returns.
However it doesn't seem Endicia has this option. First when I called they said I wouldn't even have access to the Dazzle software (no download link in my account, says it's unavailable). However I was able to find a download link and install it and I can login with my account info. However it seems as though the premium options tab isn't available at all. From looking at their plans even the basic $15.95 plan offers pre-paid return labels. On the phone they said the only way I can generate return labels is to open another account which I would have to pay for again just to print return labels.
This seems ridiculous to me. It would be nice if it was integrated into shiprush but I'm not even asking for that. I used the stamps.com software for years to generate return labels. Any chance of being able to do this with endicia?
