ShipRush for USPS Commercial Base Pricing

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that only wanted to rate shop USPS rates so we installed ShipRush for USPS so they could do that. They want it to return Commercial Base Pricing. Currently it looks like ShipRush for USPS is returning single piece pricing. How do i configure shiprush for USPS to return Commercial Base Pricing? example:

2lb usps priority shipment to the local area:
ShipRush for USPS returns 5.80
Commercial base price on the usps site is 5.05
