Using Stoneedge to ship Fedex via shiprush.
Looking at the address in Stoneedge, which was imported from a shopping cart, the state is "California" not "CA".
When I print the label the shiprush screen comes up and shows a blank "state".... I'm assuming because it is California and not CA perhaps?
Shouldn't shiprush know that? or is there a setting for shiprush to notice that the state is spelled out and not abbreviated?
The zipcode is being passed as well obviously. Shouldn't the rest of the address, including the state, be automatically filled in based on the zip code?
This is really slowing us down.
Is there a remedy for this?
Thanks
