It would seem that with the new ShipRush Discount Postage program, you only get an Endicia Account that is a basic "Label Server" subscription account. This means you cannot download any of the Endicia software to print labels on your own. This also means that you can't process return labels and email them to the customers.
ShipRush for FedEx does have a return label function, and it works flawlessly. ShipRush for Endicia, however, does not. There IS an API that Endicia provides for ShipRush to accomplish this, but it doesn't look like it is coded in the ShipRush software at this time.
PLEASE, see if this functionality can be added as soon as possible, since we unfortunately do need to be able to offer our customers return labels (preferably by email, like we had with Stamps.com/Shiprush)
