We just switched to ShipRush/Endicia today but everything was initial ok. We just uncovered a problem and need a resolution quick. We tried twice but had the same problem. We wanted to add signature confirmation to a Priority Mail padded flat rate envelope shipment. We checked the postage and it showed a higher amount. After the label was printed, we checked the cost but the signature confirmation was not added.
This is very unfortunate and misleading. If we did not check the way we did, we would have assumed that signature confirmation was added but reality is otherwise. This needs to be fixed.
