My orders are not updating with my Amazon or Etsy accounts. My orders are updating with Ebay however. This has been an ongoing problem. I have completely uninstalled and re installed the software several times, but it doesn't help. I am using Version 11. Please help. I might get an order here or there but for the most part nothing is coming through. Passwords are correct, I have an internet connection.
