ShipRush data file not sharing between 2 computers

Scenario: I have 2 computers sharing a ShipRush database on a single server. Each one can open the database & see past orders. The problem is that they cannot see each other's shipments. They each store their own shipments and I can extract tracking details. But they cannot see each other's tracking details.

Is there any way to make them see each other's data? Or is this sharing of a database not supported?
