Orders moving directly into Shipped instead of Paid?

Good Morning,

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but I couldn't locate the issue, or the solution. One of my customers is using FedEx through ShipRush. They use PayPal as well as a credit card processor to receive payment. More often than not, the orders placed through either PayPal or the CCard are populating in the Shipped screen, as opposed to the Paid (and waiting to be picked, packed, and shipped) screen.

Any guidance?
