DBISAM Engine Error #9217 Error reading from the table or backup file 'Address'

I had a power failure and I can no longer get shiprush to work. I've tried to repair the database. When I click Verify it says "database has corrupt files", then when I click "repair/index rebuild" I get the error "DBISAM Engine Error #9217 Error reading from the table or backup file 'Address'"

any suggestions?
