After 5pm Advance Ship Date And Del Estimate Date Ahead?

Will shiprush advance the Fedex ship date when shipping after 5pm or on a weekend automatically?

Or is there perhaps a Stoneedge parameter to set to allow this to occur?

I'm sure I'm not alone here. Anyone found out how to do this?
