Printing Packing Slip

Hello - I have created a custom packing list and it looks great in the sample window. But when i go to print it, it is printing in landscape instead of portrait. I also tried the ore built one named "Classic - With Prices" and it is also printing in landscape is it possible that this could print vertically? It looks funny on an 8.5X11 piece of paper in landscape.
