We are needing to have our Amazon orders not be marked as shipped until after the package has actually been picked up by FedEx and is considered in transit. Is there a setting I can change to make this happen?
I feel like an easy way to solve this would be to add an option that only sends the tracking data to Amazon after we've 'closed day' which I don't see as an option anymore either. We could make our labels as we ship during the day and then once FedEx has picked up at the end of the day we could simply hit 'Close Day' and then all of the relevant shipping data would get uploaded to Amazon.
Amazon's policy states that the order information is to ONLY be updated when the item has actually been shipped out and this has created an issue for us recently. As long as ShipRush is automatically updating Amazon every time we create a label, ShipRush is having us break Amazon policy.
