I was getting an error when opening ship rush and when trying to refresh order manager:
Unable to call My.Shiprush. 12157: Internet Security Channel Error.. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/accountservice.svc/user/get" (Windows)
I saw other forum posts saying to try "compatible" as my internet setting. I did this and it made the error go away and order manager was able to refresh my opencart website and amazon accounts, however, i then started to get an eBay connection error:
Unable to connect to eBay. Please cheek your internet security connection and try again. Error connecting with SSL.. Unable to POST to "https://api.ebay.com/ws/api.dll" (Compatible)
but, if i change it back to "windows" and right click on my ebay store and manually refresh, it will get the ebay orders, but gives me the first error above... so, "windows" works for my ebay, and "compatible" works for opencart and amazon but neither will work for both- what can i try to resolve this?
the system forced me to enter a new serial # to get ship rush going today, which i did, but then this error started. I did not change any other settings. I have tried opening ship rush as administrator before changing the internet settings, and have tried fully shutting down and restarting multiple times.
