Adding a third eBay account

I just added a third eBay account. The first few orders imported without issue.

But, it appears as an eBay webstore, not with my ID, and the nifty options aren't there. Also, the leave feedback option doesn't seem to stick.

Is there technically a limit of 2 eBay accounts, and the rest are ebay webstores?

I just read the thread "Global Shipping Program from eBay". Is that what I need to do? While this account isn't currently using the GSP, that is really the only reason I set it up, and it will be using the GSP in 30 days when it qualifies.

I only mention that in case it's relevant to your answer.
