I get this error "Error: Please enter an Item Value. (Commodity item 1 in export documents)" from ShipRush v9.6.0.53113 when processing orders through the Ablecommerce Shipper3 package.
I've researched this on the forum and documentation without much success. Posts on the forum (http://forums.zfirm.com/showthread.p...ional-shipment) indicate that I should go to the "Export Documents" to set certain settings however I don't have that option in my version.
The documentation indicates that I can set the defaults in the Customs setting in the Settings > Shipping Settings > Customs but that does not seem to help.
Is this error something that I can address in the ShipRush settings or do I need to figure out how to push this from Shipper3 into ShipRush?
Any help would be appreciated.
