When we click on Blank Form, it has our business name (from) correct but in the "TO" section (not sure where it is getting the info), but it has a pre-filled in address showing a bunch of garble for a name, paypal for the city, Norway for the country - instead of the blank and USA default. How do I set to blank USA please!!
