When we go to print a label, click on the order in paid shipments in the ship mananger or highlight the order, then click "ship" button, the shiprush program closes down and I have to go to my toolbar and click on the shiprush icon to reopen shiprush and then the window opens with the shipping information to print the label. Never had to do this extra step before. Any idea how to fix?
