We've used a Dymo 4XL with ShipRush for years without issue but today something changed in ShipRush that caused our domestic labels to print in a tiny format. It looks like maybe a "ShipRush" footer was added to the label and that is preventing the label from scaling to print to the full 4x6" size. We have 3 computers running shiprush off a single server and all computers are having this problem. We didn't upgrade our version of shiprush or anything ... this just happened overnight.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any advice? I called ShipRush support but they won't help me because "Dymo printers aren't supported". See image below of problem.
