Ship rush not recognizing UPS service when processing order

I have posted this issue before so I apologize for the duplication, my last post was a very long time ago. Nitrosell hosts our web site and we use their plug in to bring web orders that are placed into Microsoft RMS v 2.0. When we first bring the order into POS RMS recognizes the UPS service that the customer has selected and paid for. However, when we use the shiprush plugin within POS to launch shiprush and print the shipping label shiprush will default to the UPS ground service and we will need to manually change the service level within shiprush so that the proper shipping label is printed. I have previously tried using the open SQL integration but found it very difficult to use and train my retail staff to use so I don't wish to consider this as an option. Several releases ago I remember this working fine but the functionality was lost sometime after shiprush V7 or 8?

My question is has there been a fix developed for this as we tend to make errors during our peak volume period that we are rapidly approaching.
