Hi. I am a new user of ShipRush. I want to use ShipRush to create shipping label from my ACT! database. I tried download the ShipRush for fedex for CRM v10 trial version. It works pretty well and indicates I have a 2 week trial period. Then I saw the free ShipRush for fedex for ecommerce. I downloaded that one and when I see the pop-up window asking which ecommerce website I am using I realize this is not the one I want. So I uninstalls it. Now the problem comes. I open the ShipRush for fedex for CRM I previously downloaded, and it automatically turns to the ecommerce version. I deleted my fedex account from ShipRush, uninstall everything, and download ShipRush for fedex for CRM and install it again, but again it turns to be the ecommerce version. I tried many times but I always get the ecommerce version. Is there a way to solve this problem and install ShipRush for fedex for CRM properly? Thank you.
