Apologies for the hassle!
Because of a recently discovered internet weakness (not as bad as heartbleed!), networking equipment in many data centers has been getting modified and causing this problem.
The solution (with a larger, more detailed screen shot):
1) Exit ShipRush completely
2) Right click on the ShipRush icon, choose Run As Administrator
3) Follow the steps in the picture below.
4) When done, exit ShipRush completely
5) Restart ShipRush, you should now be able to refresh!
