Very seldom have to do call tags and most are only one box. However I got a request yesterday for multiple boxes. When I tried doing the call tag I could only do one box at a time.
Called FedEx and did a verbal call tag for this one
Just wondering if I should have completed a multiple shipment order and then reverse the shipping to get one master tracking number
