We love ShipRush and we relay on the database to see what orders were already shipped. Recently, we had several orders where we have crated and printed labels but they are nowhere to be found. They are not in View Shipments and eBay status was not updated to "shipped" or populated with tracking. The only place we can find these shipments is in stamps.com in printed postage section.
Since we relay on ShipRush to print all labels, unless we recognize order as already shipped, we create duplicate shipments and equally importantly, eBay is not updated with tracking or duplicate order updates eBay late.
