I have a client that uses ship rush and he is trying to setup a shipment with customers shipping number. When he goes into settings looks at one of the accounts setup it keeps popping up with Company Account cannot be empty. These accounts were already there and you cannot get out of the loop. It keeps popping up and you have to kill shiprush app to get out of the loop. What is he doing wrong?
Should he delete the accounts? See if he can recreate them?
