Our Prostores site is no longer bringing sales data over to ShipRush. I deleted and added the prostores webstore and still no data. When I go to "settings" and select ProStores there is a text box that tells me the store has been deleted from my.shiprush however when I go to my.shiprush the store is there.
This is costing us money so I need to get a solution. I contacted ShipRush but haven't heard anything back.
Any help/guidance will be greatly appreciated.
