I am contacting you on behalf of one of our clients. We've integrated their OSCommerce Store with the standalone FedEx ShipRush v9 software.
They've had zero issues for almost a year with your software. They love it!
But recently, they setup a new computer and are trying to setup ShipRush following the same instructions they've always followed. Only, this time, they're receiving a crazy error message.

Their correct address is showing up in the From drop down menu(I blurred it for confidentiality purposes). But this information error window will not go away. If you click Ok, it goes away & quickly comes back again?
They've uninstalled & reinstalled the software. The error message is still produced.
