We are occasionally receiving the following error on international shipments:
Stamps.com returned an error: The total weight of custom line items (5 oz) must be less than or equal to the total gross weight (4.8 oz).These are the relevant fields in the soap request:
/Request/ShipTransaction/Shipment/Carrier = "5"We are using 0.3 pounds for both weights, which is 4.8 ounces. Somewhere after we send this to ShipRush, or they send it to Stamps.com, the commodity weight is being increased to 5 ounces and Stamps.com returns this error.
