Shiprush 10 UPS - Registration failed

Running into this issue when trying to get ShipRush 10 UPS Pro set up for a customer.

(PLDAccountProcessor.Init) Unable to init UPS Communication API: (Creating COM interface) Class not registered, ClassID: {CCA7BBD5-D2A0-11D1-81BB-4000641C258A}

Customer was previously using ShipRush for FedEx that was removed before installing the UPS version.
