It seems that while it is possible to ship multiple packages, Shiprush only "writes back" to quickbooks one tracking number and only puts one tracking number in your clipboard after processing a shipment. This is a problem if we want to pull up a customer's invoice in quickbooks- our reps are thinking only 1 of multiple boxes went out and end up upsetting our customers with misinformation.
We have the invoice number referenced in Ref Field 2 but the search function in ship history does not search that field so we do not have an adequate speedy process for handling client calls requesting shipment status update when there is more than one package involved in a shipment...
