Getting error in End of day processing

Hi,

I have upgraded shiprush from 8 to 10.2 version. When i am running end of day process, getting error -

02/07/2014 11:10:47 AM 10.2.0.61774 REDIST CLE Import Error: DB table for required CLE object is empty. No "PkgBillWtExempt.txt" file(s) found at "c:\program files\z-firm llc\shiprush v10\upsrates\upsdistributables\softwaredefault\".

This error i am getting on ShipRush server PC, 2 more workshations are connected to this ShipRush server PC.

Can you please help me to resolve this.
