We finally got the orders to transfer yesterday using the refresh timer instructions from the link you sent. Today nothing we do makes the orders come over. There is no error message. When we try to update MyShiprush access we never get a pop up window that says Access to myShiprush successfully updated, after we login. Refresh timer doesn't work. We do see a box open when we refresh on the order manager page that looks like orders are downloading, but nothing ever shows up anywhere. Not in the unpaid folder, paid folder or even in MyShiprush.
We can't keep going through this every morning when trying to get our orders out on time. What else do you suggest? We need a permanent solution.
