We have noticed an influx in cases open on eBay recently. The issue is the information that a customer receives when they receive their tracking is incorrect. For instance a shipment may be shipped out FedEx smart post however the information on the eBay screen shows standard shipping so when they go to track it they are not seeing the correct information.
