We had this same problem a while back and the only way tech support could offer a solution was for us to refresh our orders in My.Shiprush to push them to our desktop app. Then they would finally go into the paid orders folder. Now it is happening again. All our paid cc orders stay in the waiting for payment folder in the Shiprush desktop app. no matter how many times we refresh. We can manually move them over to the paid folder but there is too much room for error there with some orders getting overlooked. It would be nice if they would just transfer to paid folder like they used to. Any suggestions?
