Amazon. only part of orders can be download

ShipRush version : 9.6.0.53816
Since 4/9, only part of the orders can be download.
Already tried:
1. Reset Refresh Timer, no luck.
2. Re-Doanload recent orders, then Refresh, no luck.

Only one Web Store.
Is this Amazon's issue or Shiprush Database problem.
We have to muaully input all orders, pain in axx.

Hopefully this is temporarily.

Please help
