Perhaps I should have payed more attention when I signed up for ShipRush, but I'm a little unclear about how my FedEx shipments are being payed for.
When I used to ship using eBay or PayPal, I would immediately pay for shipping at the time I printed my label. So if I printed a shipping label for $10.32, I could go into my PayPal account or my credit card account and immediately see the shipping charge of $10.32 reflected on my account statement/account activity log. But when I ship using ShipRush, I cannot find where any of my credit cards, bank accounts, or PayPal account have actually been charged.
So I've kind of been wondering about this every time I ship something using ShipRush, and I tried a few Google searches but wasn't able to get any clarification on exactly how the payment process works.
So after using ShipRush for about a month to ship FedEx packages, I now see on the 23rd there is a pending charge on my main credit card for $261.10 for "Federal Express". I assume this must be my total from the last month for my shipments from ShipRush, but I find it strange that it says "Federal Express" since "FedEx" has been the official name of the company since 2000.
Anyway, so I expect that everything is normal in the fact that I am getting one lump sum charge, and that it will work this way every month. But the thing that bothers me is I have not been able to find any place in the ShipRush program or on MyShipRush website where I can see an overview of account activity, a running total for the month, or where I can see my payment options and change them.
So if somebody could please provide some clarification on how this works, and where I can go to get a running total on my monthly charges and alter my payment information, I would really appreciate it.
Also, during my search I came across a ShipRush help page talking about Endicia, and how it is $40/month after the first month. Is this Endicia thing something I have to pay for using ShipRush to ship my eBay FedEx packages?
Thanks!
