Total bill to customer in RMS is adding in the cost of the UPS shipping

We offer free shipping to our customers. Shiprush is working beautifully in creating the labels. The problem comes when we process the order. The Total shown includes the UPS cost where it should be left out. As a result it's throwing off our accounting.

I'm sure there must be a simple fix but I can't find it.
