doesn't work properly with shipment report exported as comma separated values

Hi,
I have been using shiprush for several years and am very satisfied.

For internal record(database), I am using shipment report by exporting as comma separated values(refer to the image below).
In some cases like value(address, name and etc) having comma in it, the report doesn't work properly and it needs additional work.

If it is separated and wrapped by "(quotation mark), it would work perfectly.

Any plan or option would be appreciated.
